Specifically, it shows that Juditha's call to the Mezzaluna commenced at
9:37 and lasted for two minutes, the call from Juditha to Nicole started
at 9:40 and lasted two minutes, and that there was no later (as around
11:00 o'clock) call from Juditha's phone.
In particular, I notice that there were several Mezzaluna witness that
testified in various proceedings that Ron Goldman left the restaurant at
9:55. At the time he left, Juditha's glasses had already been found,
and Ron had already had a conversation with Nicole whereby he had agreed
to bring the glasses to her himself. So, both of those conversations
(Juditha to Mezzaluna and Nicole to Ron) must have happened before 9:55,
and according to this bill they did.
The record of this call by itself destroys the story. Now when the phone
record shows a call to hav been for to minutes, it is for any time that is more
than one minutes and up to tqo minutes.
Dick, do you remember what allegedly ahppened during that up to 2 minute phone
call? Let me recap.
Juditha calls, reaches Crawford, has a conversation identifying herself and
explaining that she lost her glasses. Crawford agres to look for them, looks
first inside the restaurant (her testimony). Not finding them, she decides to
look outside; finds them in the street; returns, puts them in an envelope,
tells Juditha about the find, they discuss arrangements for returning them, and
Juditha tells her she will have her daughter pick them up. She then hangs up.
And this all happened in less than 2 minutes?
And you believe this?

Prien, you have the facts wrong again.

Q. So, Judy Brown called you at 9:37 p.m, right?
A. Yes.
Q. And you spoke for about two minutes, right?
A. Yes.
Q. And what did she tell you?
A. She had told me that she had lost some glasses. She told me she had been in
a large party, and I recognized her voice because of her accent. So I knew the
area that she was talking about. I looked around the area where their table was,
where they were seated. When I didn't find the glasses there, I went outside to
look, because I had seen them get out of the car, and I found the glasses outside.
Q. After you found the glasses outside, what did you then do?
A. I went back inside and let her know that I had found her glasses.
Q. And what did she then say?
A. Well, I had asked her when she would be picking them up. And she told me she
lived too far away. So I told her that I would put them in an envelope and I would
put them in the bar area -- we had a lost-and-found area behind the bar. She told
me that she was going to have her daughter pick them up, so I put her daughter's
name on it.
Q. And that was the end of the call?
A. Yes.

who told the witness the call was "2 minutes"? That's pretty precise
a memory, in fact, way too precise. Witness was apparently coached,
to put it mildly.
If you read Crawford's testimony, you see that allegedly in those 2 minutes she (1) listened as Judy Brown explained that she thought she might have left her glasses at the restaurant, (2) told Judy she would try to find them and to hold on, (3) looked around inside the restaurant for the glasses, (4) asked the busboys if they had seen the glasses, (5) had the busboys look around for the glasses, (5) then went outside to look for the glasses, (6) found the glasses outside, (7) came back inside and walked over to the phone, (8) picked up the phone and informed Judy that she had found them. All of that in 2 minutes?

and the entire prosecution case hangs on such sky hooks, but the congenitally prejudiced believe every word. Amazing. Fake case.
