I am new to the newsgroup thing, but I thought what better way to get
somewhat non-biased feedback then from fans. Please bare with me, and
hopefully I don't tick anyone off. This is not my intention.

OK...so...I happened to get ahold of the scrapped, "If I Did It" and
stuck it on Ebay, only to find it was taken down as "Murderabilia"
which I felt was a very Hypocrital policy, considering if you type in
any serial killer's name (Manson, Dahmer, etc) you get 40 items which
show up. I by no means am judging Juice or suggesting he is in that
category, but..what's the problem? I understand why it was pulled, but
it is a biography, a first edition and a VERY RARE collectible piece.
Funny how they will let all the others fly, but not this book. Are
they connected?

If I am rehashing old info..I am sorry, but please let me know what
your feedback is. Also, if you know anyone who is looking for this
book. I can safely say I have one.

Thanks

Most likely they took it down for the reason they mentioned, and also
because the Goldman family has no doubt notified eBay via their
attorneys that they now hold the copyright to this work and as such it
cannot be legally sold without their permission.

Dear Dennis,

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to why OJ Simpson's "If I Did It"
is not permitted, while "Mein Kampf" by Adolf Hitler.

Mein Kampf is generally permitted on eBay as it is considered to be a
historical document. However, sellers are not permitted to offer
international shipping for copies of "Mein Kampf" to Germany, Italy,
Austria, or France.

With regard to the OJ Simpson book, at our discretion and out of
respect
for the families of victims, we may remove listings that offer to sell
items closely associated with murderous acts. Such items include, but
are not limited to:

- Personal belongings associated with murderous acts
- Letters or artwork created by individuals associated with murderous
acts
- Novelty items that bear the name or image of these individuals

We thank you in advance for your cooperation, and wish you luck with
your future eBay transactions.

Sincerely,
Kaelee
