"Simpson's arrest also comes shortly after the publication of 'If I Did It: Confessions of
the Killer,' a hypothetical account by Simpson of how he would have committed the 1994
slayings if he had been the assailant. In the book, which the Goldman family won the
rights to as part of their effort to recoup their civil judgment, Simpson sketches a
scenario in which he and another man went to his ex-wife's town house to scare her and
'something went horribly wrong.'"

"According to witnesses, the situation quickly descended into chaos. 'Simpson was supposed
to show up, identify the items and tell the men to either give the stuff back or he would
call the police,' the auctioneer, Thomas Riccio, told the Los Angeles Times. 'OJ got
really emotional and things got kind of nutty.'"

The media is also missing the fact that OJ goes through life in a
cocaine filled rage/stupor that would account for a lot of his poor
judgment.

I remember how the old day Pro-Js would defend OJ's innocence by
declaring that he was an arthritic invalid who could barely walk, so I
find it fascinating that he now has to "mob up" with armed goons to
commit his current crimes. Kind of reminds me of The Riddler or The
Penguin and their hired muscle from the old Adam West TV series.
